Just bought a 2010

After reading the article in Issue 67, decided it was time to make the step forward and buy a '10. So, built one on the Dodge website, found it at a local dealer and so am saying a sad good bye to our early '98 and stepping into the '10. New sig forthcoming. Look forward to many miles of happy motoring in a new Cummins.

Congrats. I think the 4th gen trucks look awesome. Enjoy it. What are going to do with the '98?

ILIANBG, Traded in the '98. Hated to, cuz as we know the dealer gets the deal. I had bought it from a customer a few years back, used it mainly to pull our 5th wheel. It was indeed a good truck, didn't really need a new truck, however based on reading about it on the forum, and that we plan to hit the road full time in a year or so, went for it. Will see how quickly we can pay it off. It is still at the dealers, should pick it up tomorrow then off to have the hitch rails installed. My first impression of the '10 is it drives like a dream and the ride very comfortable. Will see in the months to come.

Just last week ordered a new 2010 2500 Crew Cab W 8ft bed and 3. 73 rear end. They are telling me about 6 to 8 and I will be back in truck payments again. I quess it is about time since the last one I ordered was my 96 2500.

Got a build day 4. 27. 10 delivery date should be first week of May.
