Thanks everyone, but I ended up getting towed to Utah. To find out it was a frayed wire to the lift pump relay. Felt like an idiot when they showed me.

Don't feel bad. When you have little to no tools, and no diagnostic equipment it is a near impossible task to find the problem on the side of the road (or parking lot).



I had to limp my work truck 10 miles down a highway @15mph to the dealer just to find out it was a sensor that cam disconnected from the harness. $20k worth of mechanic tools in the truck but no scanner.
