Ugh, I just have a really hard time overlooking the amway/mary kay-like cultness of amsoil. I'm sure it's probably decent oil, but ugh.
engine oil - 12 quarts of CI-4+ oil if you can find it (Valvoline premium blue classic, amsoil HD/marine oil, etc) 15w-40 for 0F+ temps, 5w-40 synthetic for -20F and warmer
trans - ~16 quarts of ATF+4 for a rebuild, 4 quarts for a drain and fill.
transfer case - 2 quarts of ATF+4
rear diff - 4. 2-4. 5 quarts of GL5 75w-90 synthetic
front diff - about 2-2. 4 quarts of GL5 75w-90 synthetic
ATF+4 fluids are made from a group III base stock, and it's good stuff. I couldn't justify spending 2-3x the price for Amsoil fluids. I got my last trans fill of Mopar ATF+4 for just over $3. 50/qt (employee pricing on bulk oil). It cost me about $64 for fluid when I rebuilt my trans, versus the $200 for Amsoil from that link.
