Look for a sticker on the inside of the front hood, just to the rear of the hood latch. This gives all options on the truck from the factory, includijng the R&P ratio.

The rear end size is an AAM 11. 5".

Where is reverse located? Up and away, or in and down?

LSD or non shouldn't matter if all you are ordering is a ring and pinion.

This is true. They can also provide complete service history - at least of things a dealer did and check for recalls that haven't been done/have been done.
