Hey Guys,

I know there is a switch for 4wd on the CAD on the front axle but is there one somewhere on the transfer case as well and if so where is it located?

TIA

The switch on the axle runs the light, switch on the transfer case does the vacuum. What is the issue you are having??

Ahhh, isn't there an electric swith on the t-case as well, that actuates for 4 LOW signal off the rocker shifter arm?

Depends on the year, my '97 does not as it only has the one four wheel drive light in the dash.

I can't remember if the '99 had the 4 low light or not. Maybe that changed with the dash overhaul in '98??????

The '06 will indicate 4 low.

I answered his question using Seth's Droid on the way home and didn't notice the lack of truck spec... ...

Between fat fingers and a bouncing truck it is quite a feat to read and answer one of these posts on a phone... :D

I admire those of you that do it all the time...

No, I wasn't driving... ...

Hmmm, guess not!! I checked a '97, '98, and my '01 this morn... . no 4 low light!! I don't know what I've been seein', I guess the '03..... but I don't ever remember putting it in 4 low, as it moves too darn slow!

Ditto on the fingers, only mine just won't register. I push so hard I'm afraid I'm gonna break the screen on my wife's phone!! ... and she wants to get me one for Christmas!!!

My wife's Droid has a keyboard on it, but my fingers are too fat to use it very well... a pencil eraser does much better. :-laf
