I did several searches on this didn't really see what I am experiencing. First truck has 107k on it, trans oil was changed about 12k ago with Pennsoil. I also replaced Clutch Hydro unit with SouthBend one about 7,500 miles ago in preperation for putting new clutch in this spring. Current clutch has no slippage at all not even when plowing snow. Today for some reason it all of the sudden became very hard to shift into reverse from either 1st or 2nd gear. Sometimes when it goes in it will actually jump the truck like your popping the clutch. Would this be the hydro unit? or clutch? I would think if the clutch was going it would start slipping first correct?
Oh once this started I adjusted the clutch linkage out 2 turns to see if that would help and didn't.
Thanks for any help on this...
