I don't know if the 94 is the same as my 98, but the rear wheel speed sensor was the culprit in my case. It is located on the top of the rear differential. Do a search for this problem in the forums. I posted a similar question and someone responded with the technical info needed to test it. Good luck!

I may have found something

There is a vacuum sensor on the driver side fender. This looks new. I believe they broke it somehow. It is brand new.
 
I found it...

The tech forgot to plug the connector back into the RWAL. Plugged it in disconnected the batteries. All is fine.
