I think Bob called it a "old school DRB"... . any more than that you will have to talk to him... . took about a minute or two to find the issue.

Nope, I was taught, many years ago by an old crusty mechanic right out of a Norman Rockwell picture, never touch another man's tools..... especially when he is doing you a big favor... .

Another option for some of our trucks besides the DRB II and III scan tools is the MT2500 made by Snap On. I've found a few used ones on Craigslist for under $500.
