Veterans day

New Mexico Edition Desk Lamp

Melt it in Micro at 50% power for 1min and stir then reheat at 20 sec to see if its all melted, break them all into chips first.

Another one that Gail likes to make only he makes big pies out of them not the little cupcake ones.

•7 Whole Graham Crackers, finely crushed
•1/4 cup powdered sugar
•6 tablespoons butter, melted
•2 bars milk chocolate candy
•6 large marshmallows

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Finely crush graham crackers in a large resealable plastic bag.
3.Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter.
4.Divide equally into your muffin cups. Makes about 8.
5.Press crumb mixture to form shallow cups and bake for about 5 minutes.
6.Break 1 of the candy bars into rectangles.
7.Remove pan from oven and place a rectangle in each cup.
8.Cut marshmallows in half. (If you run a kitchen shear under cold water the marshmallow won’t stick)
9.Place in oven for about 2 minutes to soften marshmallows.
10.Allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
11.Meanwhile, melt the other chocolate bar in the microwave. Stirring every 20 seconds until melted.
12.Once the cups are cool, spoon a little bit of the chocolate over each cup.
13.Allow to sit for about an hour until set. You can also put them in the fridge to set them more quickly.

He made the Graham Cracker crusts last night, then lets the Children add the toppings to it and we bake them, he melts the candy as above, and uses mid sized marshmallows and spreads them out on the crust, its really pretty fast if you buy the Graham Cracker Crusts at the store, we like to put a layer of Graham Cracker Crumbs sprinkled over the top when done, with a scoop of the ice cream that he makes.

YIKES! y'all in Montana and that area! I just saw the 17:00 news weathermap!
Weather chart

When I clicked on the link, the High was Pinehearst Ranch at 21  Most places are single digits.

They can keep that garbage out there. It was 71 and I was running the AC in the truck on the way home from work today.

Well the sun is going down and the temp is also. It don't take long after the sun drops before folks leave and have School and Work tomorrow.

Wayne I don't know if this record still holds but Rogers Pass not far from here still sports this sign!!

I haven't looked but im sure that ND, SD, WI, MN, MI are all pretty BRISK!!

Penny said your welcome for the recipe that is really good and easy to make.

-45 below, (possibly -46, can't recall exactly) is the coldest temp that I can recall ever being out in trying to do things as normal. Stuff acts really weird at -40, I can't even start to imagine -70.......

Thanks for the recipie, will try it. Looks quick and easy plus can involve the little ones. Plus I will attempt to boil chocolate in the microwave.......:D

Last year my weather station said -50 for two days out of the winter season, I went to the barn, took care of the animals, took feed to the cattle in the trees and WENT BACK INSIDE!! My Leg went weird and I wasn't doing very well either

Penny said you can also take a pot with water in it, get the water hot and put another pan within it with the Chocolate, Double boiler type deal.
