•7 Whole Graham Crackers, finely crushed
•1/4 cup powdered sugar
•6 tablespoons butter, melted
•2 bars milk chocolate candy
•6 large marshmallows
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Finely crush graham crackers in a large resealable plastic bag.
3.Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter.
4.Divide equally into your muffin cups. Makes about 8.
5.Press crumb mixture to form shallow cups and bake for about 5 minutes.
6.Break 1 of the candy bars into rectangles.
7.Remove pan from oven and place a rectangle in each cup.
8.Cut marshmallows in half. (If you run a kitchen shear under cold water the marshmallow won’t stick)
9.Place in oven for about 2 minutes to soften marshmallows.
10.Allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
11.Meanwhile, melt the other chocolate bar in the microwave. Stirring every 20 seconds until melted.
12.Once the cups are cool, spoon a little bit of the chocolate over each cup.
13.Allow to sit for about an hour until set. You can also put them in the fridge to set them more quickly.
He made the Graham Cracker crusts last night, then lets the Children add the toppings to it and we bake them, he melts the candy as above, and uses mid sized marshmallows and spreads them out on the crust, its really pretty fast if you buy the Graham Cracker Crusts at the store, we like to put a layer of Graham Cracker Crumbs sprinkled over the top when done, with a scoop of the ice cream that he makes.
