Soo, I'm trolling through the pics, basically going through 40 something pages.... What a feat!! Great job, BSchwarzli.

I'm looking at the lift pics, though... and I had to smile..... I love that exhaust.... :D What're you going to do there? I missed it if you said already....

That is 1 Beautiful truck .Very Nice Work .

Looking great !! :)

Thanks guys! She is getting there!

I wish mine looks as good

Add 8 years of restor work and it will! :)

It looks fantastic I like it, almost as much as I would like to have your shop

Clarification. Dads shop. A thing he reminds me of every time another year passes and "his" shop still has a large paperweight taking up the space where he wants to work on stuff. :D;)

What is all entailed to change that fuel cam plate ?

20 min, a few screw drivers and wrenches, and a rag for spilled fuel of the supply line.

You didn't miss it. That is the exhaust. Drivers side Challenger TA style low back pressure side dump! :)

Thant is a beautiful truck. I just bought a 1992 Club Cab 4x4 W250 Red/white on sides. The 5.9 turbo diesel is showing 177,000 miles. She still runs like new but sitting idling it vibrates like a heavy duty massage machine. I just rebuilt the front end and brakes. This is a retirement project truck for me that will be used for towing for my property and hauling but I want to restore it as I love these trucks. It has the northeast body rot going on and I am planning on redoing it. According to the build sheet it was pretty loaded with heavy duty everything but a 3.55 rears. There is no tow bar on it which I am surprised. I am wondering if anyone can offer any help with getting parts, upgrades for power/torque/performance or anything to do with this truck to make it a successful save and useful truck for years to come?

Thanks,
Hondo

Hey Hondo

Welcome to the TDR forums and congrats on the truck!

Yes, you will find most here are willing to answer all of your questions! I would suggest starting a thread with a list of questions as well as providing all of your current truck info (that helps with answers as we know what you are dealing with).

THEN, lots of elbow grease and time! :)

Again welcome!

Robert

Sorry to hear the Eco Diesel is having some sort of engine issue that was later attributed to bad fuel and a maybe plugged fuel filter. Too bad that simple fix couldn't have been diagnosed earlier. :D

Aaaaaaaaand, this is why I am still single. :D:-laf

Well Our's is running Great so no bad fuel on this side of the country . and the Only reason she would make me take the Jeep is a easier ride for her .as she need's a step stool to get into my truck it's too Tall :)
