Thanks. Somehow I manged to let my 9 year old pick the colors. He ended up going with his school colors -- black and gold. Go figure.

Went to the civil war sights, Kennedy compound , New York City, Maine for lobster, Fenway park, I had to see where Babe Ruth started,,, the greatest ball player ever! Gettysburg, Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, spottsylvania, ... It was great... Favorite was D.C. ....But is was all great....

1960. T-10 close ratio 4 speed, 283, and 4.11 gears. 59 and 60 were the only years for full size ones. Snoking

Yep - I would have preferred to not have them, and was somewhat surprised to see them on the truck when it showed up. The emblems are blacked-out, with the red highlight letters you see. Perhaps they made the change when they went to the "sport" option and permitted other colors. I'm not crazy about the white letter tires, but I can live with them for a while I guess.
