Be careful ordering from xtreme diesel performance. Someone there stole my credit card # and went on a buying spree.
I caught it right away while the unauthorized charges were still "pending"

I re-ordered through Rolling Smoke Diesel. Someone here recommended them.

I only use PayPal. Never credit card direct.

I've had more trouble with PayPal than credit cards

LOL! I guess I can count myself one of the lucky few.

One of my coworkers just got hit with identity theft this week. What a pain in the *** for him! It's amazing how fast things happen when you're not careful!

Had my truck into the dealer for the track bar bracket Recall, alignment check due to uneven front tire wear, and the dead pedal issue....

Basically they just told me they could not find anything wrong with the truck, so no help on the dead pedal. Of course alignment was in specs, so no help their either. Atleast they did the track bar brackets.

The spec is the problem. They have too much toe. Your tires WILL just keep wearing out.

I realize the spec is wrong Cummins... I just wanted to make sure there wasn't some kind of damage or something since it was in their shop anyhow.

Are you sure the problem is toe and not camber? The way they are worn it appears to me to be camber, but I am no expert...

If outside of front tires wear and even more on passenger side that is the problem. My 11 was at max factory setting of 1/4" and my guy set to 1/32" solved the problem. My 15 is doing the same. The specs I mentioned are not how some think they should be described. That is how my alignment guy told me and two RAM dealers have understood the numbers.

Any chance this thread can be split by a moderator? I dont see what alignment has to do with the title of this thread.

Someone on the last page mentioned this "alignment check due to uneven front tire wear" And I tried to HELP him with what worked for me, but I guess we are not supposed to do that on here.

Sorry for the side track.

I have had the smart switch and TSB for a few months. It works, but I do have concerns about how long the switch will last.

It works as advertised, but I have noticed the far right led occasionally fades. So I don’t push the button to change sensitivity level very often. Even when the led fades, it doesn't affect the operation. But it can make you think you're in a different mode than you are.

Ludicrous is pretty crazy. Makes it rev like a lamborghini. I don't use ludicrous.
I usually leave it in valet mode. I dial up more boost when I am entering a highway or needing to pass.
I like the convenience.

Isn't valet mode restricted to -50%?

Not at all, I appreciated reading your information but think it would be more usefull under it's own thread. Especially if this is going to be a major issue for many of us going forward .

You really can't fault Cummins12V98 when the poster proposed two different issues in his post.
I think you've raised the issue now.

Back to regular programming.

have had my 15 in for steering issues 5 times now and have asked dodge to replace the truck. Their answer NO, but I did get them to give me a 6 yr/100,000 extended service contract. Only problem it still dosen't really solve the problem and my beat up tires at 8k. So lemon law here we come. only I have gone through the process with arbitration. To make a long story short a few days before the hearing some lawyer calls me and offers sticker price of my truck for sticker price on any new GM product. I told him see you at the hearing and hung up. A few minutes later he offered me a complete refund with which I bought a 2005 larime cumings which I should have kept. So I will let you know how I make out. just getting the paper work together now
