I just wanted to give an update and ask a question.
1. Dodge member Ron R had bought a 2015 Ram 3500 but the tee from his old truck wouldn't fit & he preferred not to use the integrated controller if possible.
He called and with me looking at my various notes on my very old MB sheets and Dutch getting out his vernier calipers and checking things out under our hood, we felt we had found a tee that would work. I have a small variety of parts left. We sent one to Ron and he said it fit perfectly so he's able to use his Max Brake again.
2. Another Dodge Ram owner contacted me saying mice had eaten thru his MB cable. I haven't had any cables for years but he wanted to know if "splicing" would work. We had no information to give him but between him & us, we felt it was worth a try. I thought I would post here to ask if anyone had spliced their cable and if so did it work?
I like when I can pass good information on to customers who may be in a bind. Hugs & enjoy what's left of your Labor Day weekend. Di
