My 2016 does not have said grease point locations. I've looked at home and have had my truck on a rack. Tie rod/ front drive line needle grease point are not there.

Does your truck have the decal on the fender indicating there is a fitting?

The front drive shaft fitting is indeed there. I knew what to look for and where and still had a hard time. I had to remove a skid plate for the transfer case before i could attempt to see it. Once found it took grease quickly and easily. Good luck.

Front suspension and steering have been sealed for many years. Same with front and rear shaft u joints. Only the centering ball on the front Cardin joint is serviceable.

This has been discussed before. Some trucks have the needle grease points, while others like mine do not. I physically brushed and cleaned where the grease points are located on some trucks........ no dice

As far as i know they all have a fitting. Very hard to see it though. Some dealers can not even find them until the owner shows them. I have the fitting and no sticker.

Nope. I've been driving Cummins Dodge/Rams since mid 90's. Lot's of yearly changes and discrepancies throughout those years.

I don't have a sticker, nor does my truck posses the needle point fitting.

The fitting is most definitely there. I laid on the ground with a photo of the fitting on my phone from another member here and spun the drive shaft. I had to remove the skid plate and still had a hard time until the shaft was in the exact position as the photo. The shaft and joint hide the fitting as it spins and lays over and hides the grease fitting.
I had a mason on a job and we were talking about trucks. He has a 14. He bet me a steak dinner i could not find his fitting. I declined but did crawl under there with him and greased it up and showed him where it was. He was shocked. His skid plate was either missing or the truck did not come with it. Whatever dealer he was going to told him he did not have one. That is sad that someone who specializes in these trucks passes on bad info to customers.
The lucky think for the guys not greasing is the shaft does not spin while going down the road so wear is minimal.
Edit: JHawes if you are ever in central Texas PM me and i will meet up and show you where the grease fitting is and grease it for you.
I just looked at the photo above. It is clear it is there. Mine was not clear. It had dirt and rust and looked like part of the shaft. It was hidden more. MUCH MORE. The photo above is very clear and rust/dirt free and the metals look different. My truck does not have the sticker under the hood.

I installed the new steering linkage (08.5) and added grease zeros myself. Drill, tap, install. It was very easy to do, but you need the right tools & hardware. Three years since I did it and no problems.

As mentioned before my 11 HO Dually had the sticker but did NOT have the grease fitting. The head mechanic at Pahrump Chrysler looked and said not all had them. My truck was on the lift at the time and Stan Gozzi happened to walk by we were all at the TDR's May Madness at the time. He was the Head West Coast Warranty Rep. He said "they all have the fitting", he proceeded to show us where it was. After several minutes with a hand held light he declared "it has NO fitting".

My 15 was hard to find but I did find it. I gave up trying to get grease into it and just removed the driveling.

I greased mine recently. It was easy to get grease in. Only the new grease came out around the joint. Nothing from the factory pushed out. I wonder if the factory even greases them much.
