Ecodiesel EGR pipe and Map sender on a 2016 how often do you need to clean the pipe and or the sensor? Do you use brake clean or what? I'm sure diesel fuel will work to clean the pipe. The truck has 34000 miles on it.
At the local dealership they have a picture of a pipe caked with soot posted by the service desk saying if you own a ecodiesel you should maybe have it cleaned by them for $169.00 listed.
The internet shows video's on removing the pipe it looks fairly easy. Thanks for any info you can share.
