Looks like the original OEM filter. Not the Donaldson pictured earlier. Did you get a few free oil changes with the truck? Or is that no longer part of the warranty?

That was a pic of the OEM filter prior to me changing it the first time.

To my knowledge....KY has not been included in any free oil changes, at least that I’m aware of.
