Anyone opting out of the FCA, EPA, Class Action Lawsuit? If so, who are you using as an Attorney? I am concerned about the devaluation it is causing.

I did opt out, went with Stern Law. The main reason I did is because I already purchased the extended factory warranty 8/100,000 ($3,600) so the extended warranty FCA is offering does me no good. I have 36K on my 2016. I also feel because of this my truck has devaluated more than the $3,075 FCA if offering let alone what I paid for the extended warranty. I have to admit I do love the truck, however I wish it had the Cummins. Might have to upgrade, have had many Cummins before and they are outstanding!

Why can't I delete this duplicated post????

Most forum software is configured to not let mere users delete posts. But what you can do is edit one of the posts by deleting all of its text. Some forums will allow a blank edited post, other forums will still require a minimum number of characters.

Anyone found any info on what the reflash will do to fuel economy and towing capacity. If it won't tow what I need it to tow, I want my money back.

Just kept my 04.5 5.9. I knew good metal when I stamped my foot on the pedal and black smoke came out the pipe. 1.59 for a gallon of diesel then. It wasn't about power it was about buying something while the wife had no clue!

I doubt your going to notice any difference. I have seen a couple people on one of the trailer forums saying they could not tell it was different. The cash it partly to offset any loss of fuel economy.
