B-52's Deployed to Middle East

I'm starting to wonder if yet another person has bluffed me at Dodge. Nothing received in mail yet from a place that's 45 mins from me. Is it possible they bank in Costa Rica??... haha

Just an update for anyone still following. The service director gave me an ultimatum of half the money back IF I remove my google review. She stated I signed for diagnostics that's why they are only offering half the money back. I told her to please send the paperwork showing I signed for diagnostics (I didn't). Today came just a check for half the money back and no paperwork included... now I will contact again and ask where the paperwork is that I apparently signed that was supposed to be included...

Fellas, the service director said they would send me paperwork showing I signed and agreed to diagnostics. I received 6 papers. 3 of them have this box (picture attached). Not a single signature from me on any paper. Can they really be this delusional?

I wonder if there is even *one* competent person at that dealer. They seem to have perfected the old shuck and jive.

Bring the documented info, which should be all that's needed to prove they are defrauding you, to a good barracuda lawyer. Ask him/her to write a very stern letter to the dealer demanding they refund your money with no conditions. If they then continue to give you the shuck and jive, sue them for treble damages and all costs and expenses.

Still waiting on doc's to be sent, the one they say I signed for diagnostics that accounting can't seem to find. Maybe I'll suggest they have an office ghost or insider who hacks at the computers and hides, deletes, etc. paperwork. I'm about to tell them they won't find it because it doesn't exist. Then I'll mention the word court.

So it's been 10 days I think since they said they would provide me receipt of signing for diagnostics on my truck. I sent an email questioning why it's taking so long (getting bluffed every few days) and mentioned the word court. Service director said she would personally go and get the paper and email it to me today. Didn't happen. Upon mentioning the word court she replied "end of discussion, slander, and something about no one at customer service (FCA) has any technical information and wouldn't provide it to me (Bill)". No clue what she's referencing here other then me telling her FCA provided an email saying there is no such conversion. I contacted FCA again and they informed I should look up and contact the GM/Owner. That's where I'm at....

I think two months (since you first posted) is long enough. Gather all of your documents and notes, get a lawyer to send a sternly worded letter to refund all of the fees or you will sue them for time and expenses, and emotional distress and other injuries and damages (which should be trebled). And take the high road at all times.

It is quite possible that once you mention the word court or attorney, they will no longer communicate directly with you. Many companies have policy that only their solicitor or attorney is authorized to communicate once a dispute reaches that level.

Sounds like you are going to actually need to retain an attorney at this point.

I think you've nailed it on the head. I'm going to ponder on this...

That is the policy here, it's a standing order.

I've only seen it happen once here in my 21 year stint and that was directed at the service department. Say either of the above words and we have to stop talking.
