The agreement was they send me paperwork showing I signed for diagnostics and half the refund and then I remove the Google review...Seriously...? Is this still going on??? Have they not sent you your half of the money you said they agreed to?
I have the half refund check on hand. Waiting on the full agreement of both the refund AND paper saying I signed for diagnostics. So they never sent the money...
Yes.So just to clarify, you have in your possession a check for $168.56 which is 1/2 of the $337.12 diagnostic fee you have in question?

Upon mentioning the word court she replied "end of discussion, slander, and something about no one at customer service (FCA) has any technical information and wouldn't provide it to me (Bill)"
I think you've nailed it on the head. I'm going to ponder on this...It is quite possible that once you mention the word court or attorney, they will no longer communicate directly with you. Many companies have policy that only their solicitor or attorney is authorized to communicate once a dispute reaches that level.
Sounds like you are going to actually need to retain an attorney at this point.

I figured so, makes sense. That is the policy here, it's a standing order.
I've only seen it happen once here in my 21 year stint and that was directed at the service department. Say either of the above words and we have to stop talking.
