Yes I did online chat and phone, Still not working. Even with 3 resets.Give their customer service number a call. It may be one of the times "they" need to generate a reset on their end.
Cool thanks I'll lookGoogle for Hard Reset for your exact radio, you should find the how to that way.
No, its been warm out here in AZ.Random question for you, did you happen to have a hard rain in your area over the last couple of days? The reason I ask is that something happens to my '07 radio when it is in heavy rain and the Sirius acts the same way yours is. It will not take a reset from SiriusXm until things dry out. As soon as it does, I can go online, put in my vin, and I can reset the radio from the Sirius website.
I know it sounds strange and there shouldn't be any effect from dampness in the truck, but mine sure goes a little batty in the heavy rain.
Check your vehicle/radio information using the info from this site: https://www.siriusxm.com/help/findradioid just to be sure the radio ID number is filed correctly with them. I have found numerous posts online where the VIN doesn't work for the reset, but having the Sirius XM rep use the radio ID number (up to three or four attmpts by some claims) got the radio to reset. Took around 5 minutes to activate according to a couple of the posters.Yes I did online chat and phone, Still not working. Even with 3 resets.
Thanks.. I tried that as well no fix. Come to find out it was the radio found one on ebay installed it works fine now.If you setup online access to your Sirius/XM account you can do a refresh to the radio yourself(from their end). Also holding in the mute and select buttons (center buttons of two knobs) will reboot the radio.
