Ordered on July 9th:

2019 3500 SRW MegaCab Laramie LO 6.7 4x4. I went with pretty much every option available except for the rear air suspension. I did go with the RamBox delete as well as sunroof delete.

It landed at the dealership on September 20th BUT it was caught up in a recall where 5400 trucks manufactured from July 6th to Aug 24th were assembled with front brake calipers that were assembled by the supplier with the incorrect assembly lube.... Which could cause the piston seals to swell and allow the pads to drag. The fix is to replace both front calipers and brake lines. Well, They finally approved the recall fix and started issuing parts. The dealership said FCA is currently allowing service departments 1 set per week but my truck will be the first to get the fix..... Parts arrived Wednesday, Installed on Thursday and today the truck is on a carrier headed for my home.

The truck as built was $77,345 and I was able to negotiate a normally non negotiable price down to $73k and I got them to match the MaxCare 8/125 warranty price I found online.... $2850!! The dealership where I bought my 2018 2500 SRW MegaCab from scoffed at selling me that same warranty for that price, They said No. Well.... That's why I purchased this 2019 from a different dealership. When you've been going to the same dealership for 12 years you'd think they'd hook you up... The parts department always has.

So the truck should be here in a few hours... I'll post up some pictures. In the meantime here are a few pics the dealership sent after it came off the train.

r taylor - congrats on the new wheels! :) ordered mine ( 18 2500 tradesman ) was counting off the days and weeks like a 10 year old kid waiting for christmas. enjoy the ride. nice looking rig. cheers!

Nice you finally received it!

Not sure if you were happy with the price???

Not trying to be a downer, that is not much off of the sticker especially with the several month delay.

peanut gallery saying good call on not getting the rear air does not have a clue since he has never owned a truck with that option.

best of luck!!!

You have an American Flag avatar, but those prices sound closer to Canadian prices? Or I am never going to be able to purchase another RAM.

It was a good call, what difference did it make if I have never had air ride, is it so hard to think that others don't want it or don't need it. Apparently neither did the OP.

Had you went one step farther and clicked on his avatar, you’d discovered he is from Northern California.

A short drive to Idaho would have saved a few thousand!!! Or better yet a flight where they pick you up at the Airport, do paperwork then hit the road for the best possible way to lossen up and learn the truck.

Here's a few pics. Ordered some Iron-X (Thanks DavidC) so I'll give it it's first real wash in a few days. It's super quiet, smooth and damn luxurious inside. As for the non-negotiable price, Dealer said custom build to suit vehicle pricing is pretty much what the sticker says, Heck.... I got $5340 off "as-built" pricing and I got MaxCare 8/125 for a sweet deal. To me... It's money well spent.

I’m glad you’re pleased with your purchase. Theres no vehicle a dealer makes more money on or can afford to provide a bigger discount for than a sold order. Non refundable deposit and payment upon delivery. No floor plan and no lost inventory parking space.

Your base price of $55100 is almost 2K more that I paid for our 2015 Laramie CC 4x4 SB, with Buckets, Aisin, Nav, Steps, Bed Liner etc etc. I truly believe at some point all of these trucks are going to hit a wall and become unaffordable for the average consumer.
