Is anyone having a problem with their lug nuts?In the 5 years that I owned this truckI have replaced about 70 lug nuts.I rotate my tires at every oil change. All of the cars and trucks I've owned I've never had to replace one lug nut.I use a torque wrenches to 130 ft lbs per my manual.I stopped using a air gun a couple of years ago.The lug nuts still get messed up so I can't use them again.Looking for help. What is the best lug nutI can buy? Thanks, look forward to hearing some replies.I used hem lug nuts and after market. If this helps.

Seriously? 70 lug nuts?
Must be had karma.

If used as desired, what you do according to your post, they never need replacement.
What exactly is in fault on them to make you replace them?
You just say messed up...

Im sure you know that they are metric, for 24mm Wrench.

Gorilla lug nutz seem to work really well for me. Have had them for about 5 years and I'll have had to do is grind off the metal galling from the aluminum wheels. Since then I haven't had any other issues and they work just fine. I also tq at 135ft lbs.

If you live in the rust belt then corrosion under the lugnut skin is a real problem. I’ve replaced several trucks worth of lug nuts and got them from Les Schwab tire. They have a solid lugnut option. Ford has the same BS.

I been rotate tires for years the lug nuts only once or twice had problem I used a metric tap to clean the lug nuts thread, works super.

Dorman was rec'd to me by tire dealer; he advised they were 'solid' as compared to the factory Mopar nuts, which, once the 'skin' allows corrosion underneath they're on the way out apparently. 32 Dormans for me would amount to approx $100 or more IIRC. I'll upgrade someday when needed; trying to avoid hammering my OEM lug nuts with air wrenches.
