Last I heard in Colorado there were a lot of construction jobs but no one could pass the pee test.

In CA there's a shortage of qualified people for things like the police and CHP because of pot and other drugs in their system.

I think it's mainly pot as even the smallest amount remains in the body for a month or more.
You can be a raging alcoholic and test negative overnight.

The problem is the states are ignoring federal law and trying to do whatever they want. States can legalize pot but its still a federal crime. The conundrum of problems this is causing within the legal system too...

No dyno's on California's diesels and biannual checks. Just an OB11 scan,visual inspection and smoke test.

Where I live we only smog once (buy/sell) its the OBD11 scan that’s holding things up the CC monitors won’t reset.
