I need to replace my hydroboost however my hard lines going into the hydroboost look terrible. The lines coming from the PS pump look fine as does my return line. I cannot find the two hard lines ANYWHERE online. Not sure if I am just not searching for the correct thing but all I find are the PS flex lines with the connectors down to the pump...not the two hard lines that bolt into the hydroboost. Can anyone help me with locating them? I was supposed to take my 40' camper on a trip Weds but when pulling it out of storage my brakes kept sticking and I had to use my foot to pull up on the brake pedal to get them to disengage. I looked at the Hydrobooster coming thru the firewall and sure enough its leaking...and I was low on PS fluid. Was going to rip it out tomorrow and replace but I am afraid one of the hard lines will break and I will be screwed.

Welcome to TDR your source of information on Cummins and Ram trucks, very knowledge and helpful folks on this site.

You don't say what year, but I looked up 2005, the line going in the top is 52010337AA, the one going in the side is 52010336AA.

My apologies...03 Ram 2500 Cummins

Okay, it would be the lines that @sag2 said above - but they are discontinued and not available anymore.
Probably because the "old" Hydroboost unit also isnt available anymore.
The hydroboost and the master cylinder changed more then once over the past years. I dont know which partnumber(s) we have today for booster and lines and adapter plates that fit the vehicle.

So what's the solution here then? Mine are weeping a bit on my 2004 and I know this is in my future. Do you have to update the hydroboost and buy the new lines or find someone to custom make lines locally? I'm sure they won't have the factory contours, but I assume you could replicate the line with proper fittings.

Go to rock auto and enter your truck info. Go to the steering section and click on high pressure power steering hose and see if any of those hoses will work. They show hoses from pump to gear and pump to hydroboost with the metal ends.

Rockauto is a good place to shop for like said.

Also you can Google the above stated part# and maybe find some NOS.
And of course ask your trusted FCA Dealer, they might have a solution to.
