Is it possible to track a truck that is in transit to a dealer using a VIN?

i tracked my 16 and 18 2500 with the vin and/or von number through ram " chat . "
they were very helpful, and understood that i was excited about my trucks. plus i didnt have to call the dealer and pester them. cheers!

I have found that once it gets on the rail, the dealer is the only one able/willing to access that info.
