I have a 2012 ram 6.7 diesel that won’t start after a brand new fire ring head installed on it.
does anybody have any ideas why it won’t start?
It ran fine before the new head was installed.

What’s your rail pressure? Set your valves correctly?
The new head was installed by a automotive shop under warranty and they told me my CP3 was bad so I installed the new CP3 and it still will not start .Not sure what rail pressure is but I just installed a new 10 mm stroker fleece CP3

What was the rationale for installing a new cylinder head?

I won't be any help, but I sent you some basic no start PDF's, check your inbox.

Rail pressure verification is on the list for sure.

Good luck, hope its an easy fix. Looks like a pretty nice build.

What are the symptoms of the no-start! Such as the engine will crank but won' start. Do you hear the in-tank fuel pump trying to fill the fuel filter before starting? What is the voltage reading on the batteries using a Fluke like meter to read, not the voltage meter in the truck. Have you load tested the batteries to see if they are fully charge! Are you getting fuel to the injectors?

Everything worked correctly before the head replacement Right? So, why would the fuel pump, CP3 be bad after replacing and installing the new Fire-Ring head?

Another question are you using a program (tune) on your truck? And CEL's showing, do you have a code reader? There maybe a diagnostic code that the code reader may be able to retrieve from the ECM that is stored!

I don't understand, a shop did the head install and couldn't get it to run after they did that, they said the high pressure pump was faulty so you installed the new pump, not the shop???
Why would you be working on it if you had a shop do the head install???
I wouldn't have taken it back until the shop got it running.
Very confusing...

4 years ago I blew a head gasket after I deleted my truck and I had a shop fire ring my head and they gave me a lifetime warranty.
after 4 years I blew a head gasket again and they tryed to get out of the warrantee,
They said the truck was deleted and couldn't touch it.
I told them that truck was deleted before they fire-ring the head.
After a little bit of a battle they said that they would fix the head if I removed all the after market parts.
When they pulled the head they found some cracks in it so I bought a brand-new head and they install it.
Then I had it towed back to my house and reinstalled all the aftermarket parts steed speed billet manifold and S400 turbo charger and Banks monster-ram 4" intake then I tried to start with no luck.
they told me that I need to bleed the fuel rail so I tried and still did not work.
they came to my house 3 different with on luck they told me the cp3 went after sitting dry.
After a few months I saved up a enough money to buy my fleece 10 mm stroker CD3 pump , I just got it on installed on Friday and it still won't start.
I tried bleeding the air out of the fuel rail and still no luck.
I looked up bleeding fuel rail and found out I don't even need to bleed it.

Yes I am I'll check it out today.

I'm not experienced in this sort of thing but I would, first of all, check to make sure (if possible) that they did their work properly. I assume it was (sort of) running when you took it in? The tune was there, it was getting fuel, there were no obvious leaks in the fuel system, etc......? Right?

So if all was well (except for the head) before they worked on it, I think I'd start there and not look for problems that may not exist.

How you go about that is above my pay grade. But just using deductive reasoning, it makes sense.

Good luck. Maybe check if the lift pump is operating properly. Again...... Good luck

After having been taken so far apart, and put back together by you and the shop, there are so many things that could have gone wrong, and you sound like you don't have the necessary knowledge/skill/tools to do a proper diagnosis, you really need to take it to a good performance diesel shop and have them untangle the issues.
You don't know whther the shop did something wrong, you don't know if something went south during all the removal and reinstallation of the delete and performance parts, or the new pump.
I know this is not what you want to hear, but you need to get a professional tech to get it running.

Correct on the assumption of no need to bleed rail, however, you still need basic fuel flow supply. Do you have fuel flow to the CP3? What is your rail pressure when cranking?
