And, I should have bought the filters yesterday, price bumped up on one of the filters by almost 7 bucks...

Just loaded a new CAT price file today, many more OEM pricing updates to load into my system on the 12th of this month....hang on kids as stuff is going to jump...

Raw material shortages, labor shortages, freight carrier issues, you name it.....

Wix "oil filters" is more or less the better brand on the shelf locally to me as in NOT FRAM. However, I try and not run their fuel filters. Their Krap Duramax filter is a plastic, has less room for water as it's smaller in size, and is famous for sucking air at the WIF sensor threads or plain letting the sensor fall out. The local GM dealer in the middle of nowhere saved me the service department money as they had lots of AZ DOT vehicles come through with Wix fuel filter problems.

Last year Geno's was 1/2 the price for RAM filters than at the dealer.

Golly, all I wanted when I started this thread was a better price on the MOPAR or Fleetguard fuel filters...

This is why this site is excellent... the expertise and willingness to share...
