2004.5 turbo boost

Fuel Line Routing, Return into feed?

Depends if it was upgraded within the last 18 years. Not many truck out there that have it on the canister anymore.

This is a 2004.5 [because it has a DPF can in the exhaust pipe] and is completely stock. My 2004 has a small lift pump attached to the fuel filter assembly. The 04.5 just has a banjo fitting attached to the fuel filter assembly.

I just read my first post --- and I forgot to tell you what truck I was working with.

Sounds like you have the in-tank lift pump then, which is good as they have proven reliable.

It's a catalytic converter. No DPF on any 5.9L truck. The DPF started with the 6.7 in 2007.5.

OK This truck runs out of power real bad when put under a load like 30 mph pulling a travel trailer up a hill. Somebody said -- Start by replacing the lift pump in case it is running short on fuel. i might just do it. The truck has 266 k on it and I have no history at all
