I do not like the shallow tread depth of the GY Endurance because less rubber between you and a puncture.
I agree, 8/32's tread would not last me very long.

The asphalt isn’t the problem
It was an almost new GY Endurance!!!

View attachment 131435 Got a late start this morning leaving Flagstaff AZ after having 4 new Goodyears put on the money pit. Damm! I'm just trying to get home lol! 2 blow outs, and 1 puncture flat in 3 days. Getting tired of rolling around on hot asphalt.
Thanks, ya it was a good day not worrying so much about tires. Made it to Amarillo TX. Just in time for Cocktails ;-)>Good call!!! At least you won't have to worry about tires now.
Don't think they are intended for your dump trailer application. But the fact is the ENDURANCE has by far the best record out there. Most people will never wear a set out before the warranty is up at 5 years. They are the best option for replacing the Chicom Will Pop tires most RV makers put on their rigs.
Lol!For Gods sake don’t be saying anything is better than a 15 LongHorn DRW.![]()
Lol!
I think Ron is standing closer to the deep end of the pool than he omits!!!!
I need 4 new ST 225/75R-15 Tires for my TT.
Can anybody recommend a good trailer tire?
Thanks for any reply.
Last time I checked, you could get a E rated LT tire for a 15" wheel if you went to a 225 size. Just make sure that the trailer wheel wells and axial spacing will allow it.

I was not able to find one that had enough capacity for a 5200lb axle.
I found these using a Duck Duck Go search: "Americus Commercial LT LT235/75R15 E/10PR BSW Tires" I don't know anything about the brand, so I am quioting straight from the website's listing. They are said to have a load capacity of 2755 lbs at 80 PSI, and a Q speed rating which is up to 99 mph.
Here is the web listing: https://www.tires-easy.com/235-75-15/americus-tires/commercial-lt/tirecode/AMD2005
