The music on his CD's is the same weither it comes straight off the CD's, or if the CD's are ripped and the music placed on a SD card.
All I know is that if I am using my phone for music in my truck (which is rare) I can tell a sound quality difference between using BT and using the Aux cord.
Slightly technology related...I recently drove a new truck without a "lighter" or 12V socket, leaving nowhere to plug in my (only 3 years old) dash cam, detector, etc., so I'm wondering if any of you have found a good USB > socket converter?
What year was the truck? I haven’t seen one without a 12V socket.
@Topzide
Thanks for the link but I have that. I need basically the reverse...something that plugs into a USB port and provides a female socket. My dashcam claims to run on 5V 2A but the only (cheap, China) converter I tried so far couldn't keep up with it.
@Jim W Thanks for that. My cars are hardwired, but this application is for rentals/loaners where I might just need the camera a/o detector for a day or few.
