Has anyone had the heater grid bolt problem on a 2012-2018 engine?

Yes. Mine failed at 109k miles.
2017 3500.
Im in the industry. Tried to get help, no one would. Sold the truck to a wholesaler.

Wow that sucks...

on another note...It was cold today in south Louisiana and I did the remote start....oops engine shut off due to the DTC code generated by the grid heater being disconnected and the cold weather. No problem, Cleared it quickly with the ScanGauge II I leave connected for normal gauge use and the scan tool when needed.
