Looking for the best valve extenders for my rear duals. What are you guys using?

Still using the factory plastic extenders, but I'm also very interested in higher quality extenders as well. Takes forever to air up the tires with the plastic extenders.

How do you get the valve stem caps off and on?

Insides don’t need to be removed. Just push to add air. Remove air with Chuck not attached to air hose.

My inners have a valve cap. I use some 3/8ID vinyl tubing with a pencil inside to keep it stiff.

Valve extenders are much easier especially on the inside dually tire. That on is a b!tch to get just right and to hold if you have a small compressor.

That picture of the valve extender on the inner dually is what's on my truck. They suck - take forever to add or remove air. That's what I'd like to replace with something better. The outer dually valve works fine.

That is decent.

That psi rating at the Label is the pressure where the tires are separated from each other in case of a leak. Choose the right one according to the pressure that the truck is used with. Probably 65psi in our case.
Lower ones are avail form other sellers.

Man I sure have no issues filling or reducing air in my inner or outer tires. I use a ELGLO twin tank I keep in my DRV's basement.

Really don't see how having longer stems makes it air any faster.

Check out the product I posted, greatest benefit is longer tire life as they always have -perfect- equal pressure which means both carry perfect equal load.
This argument always sold it to my bosses.

I am sure it's a good product if YOU recommend it. I have with perfectly even tread wear 68k on my Michelins. I like simple with no add on's if possible.

Bought more of these for the ten tire FTL last time at IOWA80.

Extras for the CTD & TT.

Makes pressure check fast. Indented end makes air release faster and lower risk than at needle (bent).

Also picked up some years ago a pencil-style dual foot gauge where the reverse head had more of a curl to it to get it onto valve more easily. Straight angle always slower.

There’s better, sure. These you don’t worry about. I drop it in the door pocket either truck. I check it against the shop master and I’m GTG.

^^^^^ YES those are great! GY Commercial put them on my RV valve stems. I commented about them and he handed me a handful to put on my other vehicles. Bought more on SCAMAZON later.
