After a regen the filter went to 0%. Later I noticed it at 25-30% and dropped back to 10% and stayed there. Never went back to 0%. Anybody else had this happen?
Drove her about 200 miles today.
2022 with 89,000 miles. Tow almost every day. Other than the above no issues. Averaging 7,100 miles a month right now.

I hate to say this... but DPFs are cleanable (sent out for cleaning) or consumable items (replacing).

There will also be soot inside the DPF, and no amount of regens will get it back to 0% once the mileage gets higher.

That is why I like the DPF gauge on the Cummins. I wish the EcoD had a DPF EVIC screen.

What kind of driving were those 200 miles?

Hwy 75-80 mph. Day before towed about 9k 160 miles and 160 miles with just the trailer.

Did a manual regen this morning and got her back to 0%.
I keep excellent maintenance and drive the this truck pretty hard. I was just thinking maybe the DPF will gradually plug up and reference this in the gauge.

She will get a weight loss treatment in late January.

Weighloas is expensive on the 22’s. Have you researched it yet?

The 22s have been troublesome with regen frequency. May be something coming down the pike regarding them. Not before January though.... :D

Our company 2022 ate a camshaft and the lifters went wonky. Took 5 1/2 months for parts (camshaft got held up). I've only driven it a few times, but mostly short trips. That is our newest truck in the fleet.

So far so good since it got fixed. Not sure on the regen frequencies. I do know the boss is considering a data logger on all the company trucks. But he respects our privacy, even on his company time, so he's having a tough time considering it. I don't abuse his trucks, I treat them like they are my own. Can't say that for all my coworkers.

What does the company use for oil?

Pulled a 8k load to Carrizo Springs the day before yesterday. Truck did the 24h regen and the DPF gauge has been on 0 since. Went down to Space X yesterday, still all good.

Got the P0402 code for the second time, so pulled and cleaned the EGR valve. It wasn’t too bad. Turned 90,000 miles and truck is running great with no visits to the dealer. Truck is getting a new belt, belt tensioner pulley and rancho shocks today.

thanks
