Most Cummins parts for the Rams are now proprietary and not available by Cummins number. You can try looking them up by ESN on QuickServe which will link you over to cummins.com. Some things like sensors and gaskets are still available from Cummins, but pretty much everything else is proprietary. I recently had to get a water pump and EGR valve from Mopar instead of Cummins for a Ram in our fleet.

I’d be happy to try to help if you post your ESN and what part you’re looking for.

never seen a composite list but many times if you web search a part number you will find alternative part numbers from different sources, so did you try it that way?

only other way I know for sure and I have heard Cummins and Mopar have an agreement to lock owners of newer trucks out of the loop to force them into using overpriced Mopar parts
is to take your engine serial number and use Cummins Quickserve or go to an authorized Cummins distributor and have them look up parts based on your engine serial number and CPL number and look up parts that way.

When I still had a Cummins Quickserve account I looked up my engine and CPL and printed out a parts book for mine that way but like I said Cummins and Mopar seem to have locked owners out of that route on the newest stuff.

Yea, local authorized Cummins parts desk said cannot cross. Mopar owns the licensing.
Then ask me if I wanted him to look anything up based on ESN.
I was there buying some sealing washers.
I can find most parts it's just a pain.
Problem with quickserve is they've done away with diagrams for 2015 and newer.
There's a lot of parts on a 2015 I can get from Cummins.
Example, o-rings I needed Mopar $38.00!!!, Cummins $2.99, Genos $1.25.

QuickServe is gone for looking up parts for any Cummins. Any time you type in an ESN and select parts you get redirected to cummins.com.

Like I said, post up your ESN and what you want, and I'll get you a Cummins part number if it's available from Cummins.

tell me about it.
I blew an o-ring on my EGR cooler on the Yellowhead Highway in BC..
closest authorized Cummins Distributor was about 250 miles away in Smithers BC..
I have the Cummins parts book for my engine in my 2016 loaded on my laptop..
drive all the way there, adding water to the radiator every hour or two.
went to an Authorized Mack Cummins dealer in Smithers BC , they didn't have the o rings.
since it was a Friday they could have them by Monday..
decided to try Frontier Ram Jeep which was down the street., yeah they had them...
38 Canadian dollars each for a part I know is 2 dollar's.
I should have just went to a hardware store and told them to get bent.

RVing means ruined vacation or just another adventure.
so I pieced the sucker back together in a campground in Smithers.
standing on a picnic table so I could reach the stuff.
2 o rings and bolt for 100 dollars C.

I'm aware quickserve redirects to parts.cummins.com when looking for parts. Guess I should have been more specific.
Parts.cummins.com has done away with diagrams for 2015 and newer.
I use a free account if it makes a difference.

I have the parts I need for now.
Thanks for the offer :) , I'll ping you next time I'm looking for Cummins parts.

Thanks again.

In the parts system there used to be a Dual ID where it would list the PN for the part by the manufacturer of the part. It was used quite a bit in the Daimler days for Mercedes parts. It has been blank for quite a while.

I always thought that agreement between Ram and Cummins was a stunning display of Corporate greed..

right! god bless the internet and search engines for giving us alternatives.. ,, not unlike that agreement between Yanmar and John Deere either.. so Stelantis is not alone..

they don't call them Stealerships for no reason.

Charlie, are you saying you can’t see any graphics in Parts.Cummins.Com??

Just tested mine using the ESN from my 2020 Ram. All kinds of graphics…wondering if you have a browser issue?
