I think there will be a mad scramble to be the first manufacture to offer vehicles with less emissions. Just leave parts off, no need to reengineer and source parts.

This roll back is huge when you factor in, on highway, off highway vehicles, outdoor power equipment, not to mention power plants, your kitchen cook stove, your heating sources....

The dependability/reliability of emissions equipped vehicles is at the bottom of the barrel. I expect to see changes this year.

Have him pop the hood on a CUCV or Military Hummer and look at the wording on the valve cover's emissions sticker to the effect of: Emissions Exempt due to NATO Treaty. They weren't "deleted" rather they left the factory built to different Military Contract Specifications possibility lacking parts or have different parts than found on civilian vehicles.

FWIW Dirty Black Smoke Belching engines are a dead giveaway the convoy is moving out. Best to avoid belching smoke signals if possible.
