Was wondering if anyone here has access to finding part numbers for the brake lines coming off the ABS unit. There are four lines that exit the unit. I went to the dealer here and they looked it up and said that there is only one part number for the bundle of lines exiting the unit. I had them order it and it came with only two of the four lines. They said they have no other way of getting the other two lines. The picture shows what I received from the dealer.

This is on a ‘14 3500 4x4 SRW.

There is a primary and secondary line set. I think that's an issue with the counter person not knowing what they were looking at! They rely on you to know that there are 2 sets.
I’ll have to get under the truck and see if those lines match the existing. Going to be a few days yet as we’ve gotten a lot of snow the last few days and I’m not crawling around in it.

There is a primary and secondary line set.

Those aren't "sets". Those are the two short tubes, one is the Primary tube and one is the Secondary tube. See the diagram below, #2 and #3.

I looked up a 2014 from a VIN off AutoTrader and those three tubes shown as #10 in the diagram Ozy posted are listed as three separate tubes. #6 and #8 show "Not available", which means they aren't used on this truck. #7 shows as a "Right and Left Bundle", so I'd say it it's all the tubes.

The part number is 68204550AG.

Is that a generic diagram or vehicle specific? Reason I ask, #10 has three lines and I would need four.
The two lines I received from the dealer are two that I need, so I would need two more.

It is 4 lines, two are in Phase and so you only see 3.

I did a back search with the partnumber you provided and it always shows up as the #15 lines, no matter where I look for. The diagram is out of one of these searches.

That is weird, as this is the number he ordered and it shows in the diagram as #15?

Would you see it in your parts catalog if a part# is superceded by a whole new number, not just the end letter?

#15 on your diagram shows as #17 on mine. It is described as the tube from the "Junction Block to Right Front Hose" but it's listed as the same part number I posted above for #7, 68204550AG.

I don't know....

A roll of copper nickel line is a lot cheaper.
Super easy to work with. I know.some.of those lines you are working with are tight bends but with an appropriate sized bender you'll get them close enough. Just gotta watch the thread type on some of the nuts. I recall the abs unit on my Gen 2 being metric.

This was my initial plan. I’ve got coils of all the different sizes I need. Problem I’ve having is finding the fittings. My ABS unit takes 4 different fittings. I used the old fittings on the temp lines I spliced in, but some of the threads on them were screwed up so I’d like to find new fittings. If I can local new fittings I’ll gladly make complete new lines out of copper nickel.

Most parts houses should have them. The good ones around here have thread checkers where you can bring your bolt/nut in and determine the thread. Or you can buy them fairly cheap. They're handy to have around the shop.
