Yep that was the bad apple. Should have the new injector sometime tomarrow and the big test shortly after.

2006 3500 6pd 150,000 I had it the shop about year and a half ago they replaced 3 injectors lift pump and injector pump. Oh and it is a 4x4 not that it would make any difrance. Well with MR. J Caspers input my next question is can a bad injector make such a nocking noise and if so why did this...

Allso as the motor was runing I touched the exhaust on each cyn and all were hot to the touch but the #1 .

Ok news flash I had the truck running and was pokeing around put my hand on the first injector and could feel what felt like something hiting on the end of it. Then I grabed the other 5 one at a time and nothing like the front one big diffrence. now what

my south bend clutch came with breakin instructions that said to get out on the black top and try and spin the tires be agresive with it to help seat the clutch. that was one year ago next month and about 30,ooo miles ago with no other problems. I did the install my self, hadnt done a clutch job...

:)I allso went with the southbend clutch its been about a year ago when my dm flywheel came apart at or around 90,000 + miles. I did the install myself and really exspected it to be alot harder than it was. with all the support from the members of this site and a week of vacation all went well...

Has anyone had the problem of after their truck was in the shop for work the radio sometimes will work when cranked, then the next time it wont. And may not work for a couple of days. Or might work for a couple then quit the next time you kill it. And start it up agian. Iam throwing codes...
