Thanks good point. When I originally posted this I had forgot what the code actually was. Turns out to be a P2607 code. The positive side of the relay coil was the culprit. It was a loose connection creating an intermittent problem.

Sorry for the delay but I wanted to put this issue to rest. I did find the cause of the code. Turns out that the wire that activates one of the solenoids was fairly loose. This created an intermittent problem which I was able to finally find with all your help. Thanks for the suggestions and input.

forgot tp mention you may want to check and see if your tie rod assembly was on recall. My truck is an 04 and it was. Also best price I found was from Mopar supercenter on the East cost.

I'll have to plug my reader into again but if I recall the text is cold charge air temp or cold intake temp. Also the grid heater is working fine I've had the horn off and checked it a couple of times and it definately works.
