Is your filter actually filthy dirty? If not, take out the rubber boot between the airbox and fender. See if that makes a difference. It caused enough restriction on my truck that the filter minder only gave me a couple of days life. Without the boot, I got normal filter minder behavior....
But if the cables were bad, changing from my original starter with new brushes, etc, to a new AutoZone starter wouldn't have made any difference, right? The truck started fine for a month after I redid the starter.
It includes:
LarryB's SUPER Solenoid contacts 2pc
Solenoid plunger with center contact
Starter brushes, 4pc (Some soldering required)
Brush holder plate with new springs
"LarryBs" starter removal wrench, 10mm 12pt
It's supposed to be everything you need almost every time. I'd expect if...
Hey y'all--
Just before I sold my truck to my stepson, my marine diesel mechanic friend installed Larry's Easy Starter Rebuild kit. He did that because my truck cranked very slowly. I'm going to assume he did the job correctly - he knows what he's doing, and I've never been inside a starter...
Where are you bleeding from? Just the bleed screws on the caliper? The biggest inprovement I got in my pedal came from pressure bleeding and opening the outlet fittings on the MC, then the inlet fittings on the prop valve, then the outlet fittings on the prop valve, then the inlet fittings on...

I'm sure my recent posts were included in the search results you read, and I still don't have an answer either.
Thoughts:
Always bench bleed a MC. I don't know if it always matters, but if you don't do it, you won't know if that's your problem. I used a big syringe from NAPA to bench bleed...
I've heard horror stories about several of the high-end aluminum radiator brands. Some are welded, some are epoxied, and people say the epoxy construction is inferior. But IIRC I've seen problems with the welded too.
Here's my thought: Your sig doesn't sound like you have some sort of wild...
Assuming the rear wasn't converted to duals later, it should be an 80. So if it has an ABS sensor, you're off to a good start. Then I guess you need the tooth count for the ABS. A pre-'01.5 rear will have drums, so you'll need to swap brakes. The prices you're finding seem crazy, but since it's...
