There is a spacer between the wheel rim and the hub on only one wheel of the truck. The truck in question is a 98,QC,4X,Cummins,Long Bed. Anybody knows anything about this? I'm posting this question for a friend of mine.

Hi, guys while we're on the topic of cb's..... I have been looking into a radio and I was told that 10 meter was the way to go. Just needs the AM range set up. I"m looking at a 257 Magnum. Any suggestions before I leap?????
