That looks just like mine. I just did the same thing about two weeks ago for the same reason. Just checked on it the other day, still in one piece and no water intrusion. Once it warms up I'm going to JB weld the fitting in the air box just for piece of mind.

I like them, but I don't want the steps, I want them more for the look and protection. I went to their web site, but it isn't very helpful. Does anyone know where I can find more info on what are called Harley bars on the web site, they are the same things just without the steps. TIA
Anyone have any experience with a sub box that replaces the seat between the two front seats? I've seen one on ebay and it looks like a pretty trick set up. I'm looking for something that allows me to have a sub but not replace my fold flat floors in the back. Any insight is appriciated.
