For the 2005 it is 85 foot-lbs Manual says to use new bolts. If you re-use the old ones you will need to clean off the old Loctite and add some Loctite 242. I googled Loctite 242 and it appears to be the BLUE Loctite.

Marco, Thanks for your reply. I only run Smarty SW#1 or SW#3 and that is my only mod. So I am guessing that I will not see numbers much over 35 psi with the stock turbo. Jeff

Marco, What are your thoughts on running the SW ... B with a stock turbo? What are the chances of killing the stock turbo? Jeff

Bob & JCasper, I have the s-04 smarty. When I go to the downloads page I do not see a 1. 11A, 2. 11A, or 3. 11A software for stock injectors and stock turbo excluding the WILD tm (4. 11A). I only see software version 1. 09A, 2. 09A, and 3. 09A for the stock injectors and stock turbo.

JCasper, That is the correct location for the download but the software is version 2. 09. The new software is 2. 11.

The Beta 4. x really cleans up the smoke. Tried it out on the way home today and only say a light haze with SW#3. It also feels more responsive than the previous without the go peddle being extremely touchy.

Marco, can you post the dyno graphs for the original Smarty runs that you did to determine the HP gains?

I have run the stock TM on level #3 and the throttle response is similar to stock but when you put your foot in it she takes off. I will be using the middle TM setting with #3 tonight after work.

Thanks Marco, I am looking for the software that will provide the theoretical 'best' economy. Does the modified TM decrease the amount of low boost fueling and theoretically increase the milage at low RPMs? Thanks.

Marco, the 302 update . zip file is corrupt. I have tried downloading it four times and each time it is identified as corrupt.

I have tried all three update in the following order 202, 102, and 302. I get the internal error 2 for all three updates. First thing I did was load the STOCK program back on my truck and then I updated the smarty box and now non of the software updates work.
