I've been wondering the same thing... I already have the motors and switches to do this. I've been searching for info on this but I guess I'll be trying to figure something out when the weather gets a little nicer.
Just replaced my evaporator myself about a month ago all with instructions found here on the TDR... got the evaporator at RockAuto.com for about $105. Cost to vac and recharge the AC system was almost $100. So total cost was a little over $200 and 5 hours of my time.
I've got an '01 2500 and for now only a fuel pressure gauge from Sears. When I bump the starter I am getting 18 psi and when the truck is running I have 15 psi pre- and post-filter. Anyone have any ideas as to why I have this high pressure when bumping the starter?

Only the bezel gets replaced. The lock mechanism is installed with a supplied screw that will replace the lower of the three torx screws holding the handle assembly in the tail gate. Very easy to follow instructions.
