first off, figure out where it is leaking, check and make sure your hose clamps are tight. You could also pressurize the coolant system to help you find your leak. My guess could be around the block heater. Perhaps when it gets warm it allows coolant to leak past.

I am im the process of swapping a 47rh into my 91 D350. Im looking for the part number of the connector that plugs into the trans solenoid that controls lockup and od and am also wondering if that connector is available from most part stores*

My a/c clutch made a loud rattling noise before it went tight. Inspect the clutch, clutch gap, and maybe try a non-a/c belt.
