PW motor died so I got a new one today.Have the window and all the mechanism out. Got new wlndow sweeps and looking at them I'm wondering can they be installed before the glass goes in or after?
I ended up using 1/2" jute from headliner thru floors. Got it new from a home remodel that over ordered. Still have to put the door and kick panels back on. Test drive even unfinished way quieter. Pics to come shortly. Still looking for hopefully an NOS set of gray floor mat with the ram on it.

I get very little driving on mine also since retirement and currently I do change all the fluids every summer but only average a couple thou per year versus the 12-15thou I used to do.All fluids look good at draining.
Found the problem. Shorted electric brake controller.Unplugged it and problem went away. I have a new one on the shelf which I will hook up after the snow is gone.
