I have the Super Stock IRF on my truck. With the original filter I could pull the filter minder almost all the way down at will, even with a new element. With the AFE filter, I can't budge it. I like mine a lot. :)

Thanks for the info - mine has the "AD transmission" so I didn't luck out on the gears. No biggie since my 35" tires somewhat make up for it. :D

I have a Kore Recon and a DSS. I installed Carli links just because the factory links are weak junk - mine were bent within hours of installing the lift. Once I had the Carli links, I eliminated the drop blocks.

I wonder if attrition of the 1st and 2nd gen trucks might be part of the reason for so few pics?

Well, not knowing anything about the boat other than it looks to be set up for Arctic rescue (just a guess), I'd rather make sure the guys we ask to perform those rescues have the best tools possible. Also, do really expect the staff that was choosing the pictures to make sure something...

How can the late G56 be identified? Also, what is the difference in the ratios? My `07 5. 9 was built in late November `06. And yes, I do love my truck!!:D

I'm hoping your post was meant to be "tounge in cheek". If you think a tiny little trailer boat (that would likely be used for rescue purposes) is a huge fraud or example of waste, just wait until you see what happens over the next few years...
