My family has worn Red Wings for years, and I still do. They make boots that actually fit me (b width) and they last forever. Can't say enough good things about them. . I get 2 or 3 years out of them with quite a bit of abuse. And, they are the most comfortable boot I've ever worn.

I used a 4 core Jeep radiator and had the necks swapped. It still ran a tad hot, so I put an oil cooler on it, and have had no trouble since, even in pretty extreme condtions.

Well, I got the truck back from the dealer after they replaced the lift pump, and it runs perfect. I noticed the tech wrote on the ticket that there was a 7psi drop across the filter (in reason to replace lift pump). Anyway, she's back on the road!

yeah, that sounds about right. I'm planning on a lift pump pressure gauge now. . has that problem been corrected? In other words, are the new lift pumps having the same problems? also, has anyones truck run bad simply because the lift pump pressure was low? It doesn't seem like it. . Thanks...

Well here it is day two. . the Re-flash did not fix the problem. They said the pressure from the lift pump is low (imagine that?), so the five star hotline folks are shipping a new lift pump today. It almost seems like they have to follow these steps, even if it seems clear the injector pump is...

Yep, that's the first thing that needs done for sure, but it seems odd that it runs fine when it's warmed up. But I know dirty filters can do strange things...

Well I don't have all the details yet, but the lady there said the tech Re-flashed it. . and they are keeping it over night So they can test it cold again. . I guess we'll see. I'd sure be sweatin if it wasn't under warranty.

I'll sure let you know what they say. . so far they're being pretty quiet though. .
