Okay guys, Mine did the same thing when I installed it. Apparrantly the nylon carries the vibration from the engine up to the gauge. To cure the problem I cut the nylon line about 18 inches from the manifold and inserted a 6 inch rubber hose... . NO MORE PROBLEM. think it cost me about 50 cents...
