Something else to remember the rear housing weather it's a 70 or 80
is not necessarily the same width even though there both set up for duals.
The housing for a dual wheel cab & chassis is narrower than one for a pickup.
I think I would drill out the faulty plug welds push the tube back in...
That is a shame with no sway bar on a 3500
Just helped a friend of mine Bag his 2014 5500 and it had a sway bar, which was replaced with a larger one from the Air bag Kit.

Take to a dealer and have them scan it. Just went through this on wifes 99 Durango. Same symptoms as yours.
Ended up being the ABS controll moduel. $650. Part.
Cost $100. to scan and diagnos. Bought the new controler on line MoPar $300 give or take. Install it go back to dealer had them...
Dave,
Those prices are probably correct.
MoPar don't stock much body parts anymore for 2nd Gen. trucks, they are very high priced.
She is pricing a replacement skin, not the door.
Door shells were about the same as the tailgate.
LMC sell's the door shell or patch panels.
The quality...
Hi Dave,
I have bought many items from LMC over the years for my Chevrolets and the Dodge's.
Quality has for the most part been very good.
As you know repro parts are always a "crap" shoot.
There body panels are OEM certified.
And most of the parts were NOS, but I have noticed more...
I would definitely start by cleaning the radiator.
From the front it my not look to bad, also from the fan side.
But if you take a flashlight and look between the A/C condenser and inter-cooler and more importantly between the inter-cooler and the radiator you will most likely see a mess...
You definitely don't want to stick your hand in the fan to stop it.
Freightliner uses an air operated clutch more than likely?
Your Ram uses a Viscous Clutch. Filled with fluid. It's not designed to totally stop or start.
The best thing for you would be Make sure the Thermostat is...
Make sure you use ATF+4 not Dextron 4,not the same. Some don't know this.
ATF+4 is MoPar specific, with friction modifiers
Always check any MoPar in "N" as the pump don't circulate fluid in Park
If fluid level is good better change fluid and service, before you burn it up.

I don't believe relocating the ECM is a viable option.
All the engine manf. Cat,Cummins,Detroit, etc. all mount them pretty much in the same location,on all there engines in highway/heavy off road application.
To my knowledge the failure rate is not the extreme. They all have had there short...
That's exactly my point. 911 is only used to restore the jelled fuel.
It's printed right on the bottle will not prevent jelling.
Power Service Fuel supplement (white bottle) is for anti-jelling and other improvers.
It even works better than Power Service Arctic-Express Blue bottle, which...
